for a long, long time i have been having sort of feelings of being a toy, or having once been a toy. i really longed to have a playmate/to be soft and fluffy/ etc etc and it felt wrong to be a human. so yesterday i was rereading the velveteen rabbit and i got hit with this EXTREME way of emotion of like. recognition. the moment i read the first line of the story i thought "that is me". so umm yeah im literally the velveteen rabbit. like i am literally it. i feel so happy to be able to see myself and feel comfortable in knowing who i am
