Hi! I’m a student working on some early research about period cramps and the kinds of heat products people use for relief (heating pads, warm stuffed animals, blankets, etc.).

I made a short anonymous Google Form and I’d really appreciate responses from anyone who deals with menstrual discomfort. It’s mostly about:
what you currently use
what’s annoying/inconvenient
what you wish existed
