CMPA?
Hi all, I am a new mum and worried about my little one. I am planning on arranging an appointment with the doctor next week but wanted to get some opinions or some advice from someone with similar experiences.
My little one started with baby acne on her face at just a couple of weeks old and this cleared up within a couple of weeks. There are some spots on her cheeks, chin, all in her neck and onto her chest…I have attached a picture. She definitely has silent reflux and was prescribed baby Gaviscon but this has done nothing so far. She is unsettled after most feeds, arching her back and crying etc. I don’t think she has a tongue tie but this hasn’t been professionally checked.
Is my babies digestive system just immature? Are the spots just baby acne taking a little while longer to clear?
Any advice/experience would be appreciated. Thank you :)
