SQ-7 Monitor Tips?

I have my biggest gig yet next week running monitors. I’ve been preparing plenty but want to be as prepared as possible. Anyone have some advice on what to study to fine tune my skills beforehand? Running an SQ-7 in case there’s some niche advice I should look into. Just trying to find the things that might not be first or second thought. I know that’s vague but I’m not sure what to look for exactly.
Generally, I’ve studied up on signal flow, RF coordinating, and overall workflow. I also made an offline show file that I’m confident can get me at least 70% of the way there.

How to find new techs

I’m based in Atlanta trying to find new techs for this gig so that I can take on other gigs. Let me tell you, I am struggling to find someone. It’s a small gig; literally 4 mains, 2 subs run by an XR18 in like a 200 cap room. But everyone I’ve talked to either has very little to no live sound exp or too much exp for a gig that small. How do you guys find techs for specific levels like that when you’re either looking to move on from a gig or need someone to alternate with?

What exactly falls under the job of the monitor tech typically? Is it on the tech to set up show files and routing on the console? Or is it mainly to do with setting up the physical components like the desk, wedges, and in ears?
