We are submitting our application to the board tomorrow. How long did it take for you to hear back about an interview or approval/rejection?
I’m 5 months pregnant so time is of the essence!
We are in contract for an apt in NYC that was once two units that have been combined. Kitchen for second unit was where laundry room currently is (has gas hook up, water, etc).
I’ve read that it’s traditional to have all public spaces together, I.e. kitchen, dining, living and we are trying to figure out how we would reconfigure to accommodate.
Don’t love the idea of an open concept kitchen but open to all suggestions on how to use this space more efficiently
