ADVICE PLEASE!! Need some guidance on how to proceed effectively for 4th retake.

Just got my 3rd MCAT score back and honestly, I’m feeling pretty defeated. My scores have been:

484 → 490 → 491

At this point I’m trying to understand how people make a REAL jump after multiple attempts instead of just plateauing in the same range.

First attempt included the following:

-Prep course, anki, AAMC materials

Second time

-Kaplan course, Khan academy, Uworld, Anki, AAMC material last month ish

Third time

-Kaplan course, Anki, AAMC material last month ish

As far as CARS goes, I've just been doing adaily practice passages, but scores don't increase. Tips for that are appreciated too.

Yet somehow, I still barely moved.

I’m mainly looking for advice from people who:

improved significantly on a 4th attempt,
were stuck in the high 480s/low 490s,
or completely changed their approach and finally broke through.
What actually made the difference for you?

Was it fixing content gaps? Passage analysis? Timing/endurance? Anxiety? Changing how you reviewed full lengths? Studying fewer hours but more effectively?

Also, if anything specifically worked well for your CARS sections, please help, been stuck in 122-123 range and have tried practically everything. Thinking of starting to integrate AI to break things down better.
