Just relocated here for work, took a job paying 90k base, commissions/bonuses. This also came with a 10k relocation bonus. My partner and I are trying to find a place in the area “Lincoln park, lakeview” to take us.

My credit is like 500…… pretty shitty I know. But what are the chances of getting in somewhere…. I could pay like 3k max a month.
