LV Customer Service is not up to par
I have been an LV lover and collector since 1997. Over that time, I have spent way too much money buying everything from bags, to shoes, to jewelry with LV (close to 6 figures). I have always had great customer service, but over the last year or so I've noticed their quality of customer care has gone to crap.
I had a very unhelpful, condescending and downright snotty experience at the Ala Moana store (my "home" store) the other day. And it left a really bad taste. I then contacted LV support via the app and on the website (on 2 different occasions) and both times, they kicked the ball back to the store, saying they could not help me and only a store manager could make a decision.
I don't understand how LV as a company expects to keep customers long term if the people they employ treat customers badly. Ok, thanks for letting me vent. 😄
