Positive review for /u/QuietBanana2801 - JP to EU
Hello,
I've used u/QuietBanana2801 to purchase a used smartphone from Mercari Japan and ship it to the European Union.
Initial communication and purchase was very fast. He would be ready to ship next day after receiving the package, by Yamato Transport, if not for my concern about shipping a smartphone (with lithium battery) on a commodity courier for such international shipment.
At this point his communication speed decreased (I assume he was busy due to his day job, if not sick), and he took a few days to research the best options. We ended up settling with DHL Express, which was a pleasant experience, even though it skyrocketed the shipping cost quite a lot!
The package arrived well without transport issues. I did notice a gift from the JP seller was missing from the package, QuietBanana assumed I wouldn't want it because I didn't specify them in the invoice or customs invoice request. He promptly offered to send them by JPPost once I asked about it.
Overall it was a nice experience, and I'd happily recommend u/QuietBanana2801 for JP to EU proxy buying!
