Skinny fat and I need serious help to get Athletic build
Hey guys so I need help and advice...on slide 1 ND 2 it's me a year ago,natural and worked out 3 times in a week(light workouts) and on slide 3-6 that's me currently...idk why I became skinny fat even though I workout(intense workouts),my veins are no longer popping out, I eat like 1800-2200 calories a day😔im just don't like what i have now,im disappointed...my goal is to have an Athletic build...i want to be consistent for like 2-3yrs...so guys I would like to hear your tips even brutal ones it would mean a lot to me😭🙏🫡...THANK YOU
