hi. im going insane. I remember reading a book about a girl and a boy who is childhood friends, I think she sleeps in his room a lot, because her brother and him are good friends or something. they drift apart later in high school. she ends up getting a boyfriend who is abusive or something. he doesn’t know. he finds out towards the end of the book and like bandages her up or something? I feel like his mom was a nurse. I also feel like he does at the end in a car crash. it is so similar to if he had been with me but I don’t think that’s it.
