I'm stuck in a pretty bad predicament. I applied for Pre-Completion OPT, and I just got a notice for a biometric appointment. But I am back in my home country, as it is summertime. 2 months ago, I called my school's office for global affairs, and they said it is possible to take biometrics at my home us embassy. I'm not sure this is the case now.

Is this arrangement possible (change biometric location to US embassy abroad)?
