My pakistan girlfriend is applying for schengen tourist visa is it better to apply through Sweden or another country?
I’m from Sweden and my girlfriend (pakistan citizen) wants to get a Schengen tourist visa so we can travel together in Europe or she can visit me in sweden. we’re unsure which approach gives her the best chances of any approval, we're thinking of two options.
1: She applies through Sweden, with invitation letter from me proof of accommodation/financial support and an explanation that she has to return home to continue high school, and proof that I’ll be busy with university again in late August, and proof of us meeting on vacations outside of europe before with pictures.
2: To avoid them thinking she might overstay because of our relationship, she applies as a normal tourist through for schengen country and we just both go there.
What do you think is the better option? Any tips or experiences with Schengen visas for pakistan citizens would really help.
