Hi everyone, I am a Finance Officer by profession and have recently decided to launch my own bicycle brake shoe brand. Alhamdulillah, I am now in the final stages of printing and manufacturing. My strategy is to focus entirely on the B2B sector by building a robust supply chain from the ground up. I am looking for some professional guidance on how to transition this from a project into a proper brand, specifically regarding the best practices for managing B2B credit policies. Additionally, since my current job keeps me busy from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, I would appreciate any advice on how to effectively manage logistics and client relations during my off-hours.
