Why is everybody celebrating by honking their horns in Addis?
Currently 11:45 pm in Addis, honks and cheers are being heard throughout the neighborhood. What has occurred?
Is it a premier league match or something? It’s not the weekend so I don’t believe it is due to a wedding in the area.
Curious if you noticed as well.
