Is it common for a position to be on hold after they gave me an offer letter?
Should i look for another opportunity or should i wait for them to respond?

I got an unofficial job offer from Accenture thailand on apr 28th and on the email they stated that official employment contract will be issued on workday. I still haven’t heard from them. I was wondering how long does it take for them to issue contract on workday?
