What can I expect over my 3 month summer break?
I’m 14M, and i’ve always been somewhat skinny despite having amazing genetics, but after hitting a 6 inch growth spurt I was 5’11, 123lb and skinnier than ever. I was sick of this life, and I picked up working out in my room doing push ups, curls, etc, and finally serious lifting in the gym. In around 2 months, I went from a 75lb bench press -> 110lb bench press from benching twice a week, I can now do muscles up and even more pull ups than I did before, and I gained a total of 6 pounds in around 40 days after finally tracking my calories and getting in a heavy surplus. I was just wondering if anyone has ever been in my exact shoes before and knows what I could expect to see happen in the next 3 months if I start doing everything i’ve been doing way more frequently and efficiently. I’m also open to any workout tips or tricks to gain weight.
Something to keep in mind: I’m in early- almost mid puberty and I don’t know how big of a role that would play in this situation over 3 months.
