Cross over gait question
I’ve noticed that sometimes when I’m out running and getting tired I start kicking my left ankle bone with my right foot. It doesn’t register in the moment, but hurts a bit later and also only happens when I’m trail running. Google tells me this means I have a cross over gait and that makes sense based on the wear pattern on my shoes. Google also tells me that strength training should help. Curious if anyone else has dealt with this and has particular strength exercises that helped them.
