Looking for confirmation: Is this specimen from an old collection Torbernite from France?

Hi everyone,

I found this piece from an old collection. According to the old handwritten list, it is labeled as Torbernite from France (Weight: 182g, Size: 10 x 5 x 4 cm).

Physical properties: The material is definitely not hard at all. It is extremely fragile, soft, and very crumbly. The small, tabular crystals break or flake off very easily if touched.

Given the historical background from the old list and the very low hardness, I am quite sure the label is correct, but I wanted to double-check with the experts here to be absolutely sure.

What do you think? Is this classic French Torbernite? Thanks for your help!
