DPS hard stuck at 10K

I copied a build from an old video and since forever my dps does not significantly increase. Surely there is something super obvious to you guys that I am overlooking? What is the easiest way to increase my dps fast?Top dps is certainly not the goal, but I am tired of being stuck at 10k.
I know the inner ways are T5 T4, but that alone should not make a difference of 20K?
