Does ShippingCart usually do individual pickups at the Oregon post office?

Hi! I’m using ShippingCart’s Oregon warehouse and recently had a USPS package delivered to the Portland, Oregon area.
I’m wondering, does ShippingCart usually have someone individually pick up their customers’ USPS packages from the post office, or does USPS deliver the packages directly to the ShippingCart warehouse?
If anyone has experience with this, especially with USPS packages going to the Oregon warehouse, I’d really appreciate some insight. Thank you!

Forgot to include my ShippingCart account number. will my package still be identified?

Hi everyone! This is my first time using ShippingCart and I’m honestly a little worried. 😭
I recently ordered a book online and had it shipped to my ShippingCart warehouse address in Portland, Oregon. I just realized that I forgot to include my ShippingCart account number (48-xxxxxx) on the shipping label.
However, I did put my full name on the package, and I have a pretty unique name, so I’m hoping they’ll still be able to identify that the package belongs to me.

I’ve already contacted ShippingCart Customer Care and gave them my account number and order number to let them know about the situation.
Has anyone here experienced the same thing where your account number was missing but your name was on the package? Were they still able to identify and add your package to your ShippingCart account?
I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences because I’m overthinking this right now. 😭 Thank you!
