GED + 54% Matric — Any real shot at LUMS SDSB?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to figure out my chances for LUMS (SDSB specifically) and need honest input.

I have 54% in Matric, which I know is weak. I’m now preparing for the GED and also planning to take the SAT.

My main question is simple: if I manage to get a strong GED score and a solid SAT score, do I still have a realistic chance of getting into LUMS SDSB, or does my matric result basically shut the door?

I’m not asking for motivation or sugarcoating just a clear idea of how admissions actually treat this kind of profile.

If anyone has seen students with similar backgrounds get in (or get rejected), I’d really appreciate hearing about it.
