new furnace+AC vs New furnace+heatpump

For reference
Location: Northern British Columbia Canada
Temps +30 deg C to -20C in winter with occasional -30s C
Pricing in $CAD includes equip and install/electrical

I have a 30yo furnace in the house I bought (knew about this beforehand.....)

Quotes for traditional Furnace+AC are approx $16-$18000CAD for 96% furnace and traditional AC 13seer 3ton (using Rheem, Amana, and Midea equipment) and one quote around $14k for Keeprite branded equip.

For duel fuel options

  1. Amana system ~20k 98% modulating and Amana HP. Looks like their highest end models (rep told me normal cost is approx $28k, this is last years models....) Warranty looks decent

  2. Napoleon 9700 furnace, and HP system $23k

Having never had a heat pump or duel fuel system what should I be concerned about?

Rheem parts longer/harder to get in Canada?

HP is quieter, less footprint

Thanks!
