Hi all,

Last week (Wednesday) I submitted a resume to an outside role that would be a good fit given my background and was even referred by insider who would ultimately be a peer to the role I'm applying for. We know each other through a mutual sales rep and have collaborated on shared issues in the past between each company and have also shared time at conferences and after work gatherings.

The referrer stated they reached out to HR to get the ball rolling however I haven't heard anything yet. Should I be concerned?
