Blacklist... the live reading and the analysis.
Hi all,
I recently submitted my feature script to The Black List and bought three evaluations.
The first two evaluations came back earlier. In both cases, I could see activity on the project/live views, and the evaluations took about a day after the script appeared to be accessed.
The third evaluation is the issue. It had been pending for about 18 days, and because I needed to submit the script to Academy Nicholl, I emailed The Black List asking whether it could be cancelled/removed. I also mentioned that, as far as I could see, the script had not yet been opened/accessed for that evaluation.
Then, on the same day, the third evaluation suddenly arrived.
What concerns me is this: my dashboard still shows only 2 total views, even though I now have 3 completed evaluations. If readers must access the script online, shouldn’t the third evaluation create a third view/access record?
I have asked support to confirm when and how the script was accessed for the third evaluation, but I have not received a reply yet.
Has anyone else experienced this? Do Black List evaluation-reader views always show in the live project views, or are they tracked separately?
