tips for someone with stage fright and zero confidence

There's selection for FMUN tomorrow at my school, originally i wasn't going to join even though i wanted to cause my stage fright is INSANELY bad i get insane anxiety, my heart starts beating and it feels like nothing will give me confidence at that moment but alot of my friends joined and i was starting to get fomo. Thankfully, they postponed selections till tomorrow. My topic is "The Nepal crisis, addressing political instability through new leadership" Alongside the fact that i have extremely bad stage fright i also have zero intellectualism and I don't know how to form speeches. I had MUN as an activity last year and as embarrassing and insanely stupid it is, i used AI for literally all the speeches i made even though i never once spoke infront of the class. So, i have no idea how to make hooks and the speech itself, i know that it has to be interesting and unexpected but I don't know the words or solutions to make it like that. They'll also give me a country on the spot tomorrow so it's like I've to do proper research about the topic and have a general speech but i genuine dont know how to write something interesting on the spot using my very own mind like I should be its like my mind goes COMPLETELY blank 😭 PLEASE help out 💔
