Story time! Do you remember how and when you first saw (your version of) TMNT?
This was the version I technically grew up with because I really only became a fan in 2012 with the 2012 series… BUT, I remember being reallyyyy young sitting way too close to my grandma’s TV watching the 4kids 2003 series. I roughly remember the big TMNT opening sign with the lights and the opening song and I realized I roughly remember the episode on nanotech. The reason why I say ‘roughly’ is because I only realised I watched a bunch of TMNT2003 when I watched the opening sequence again in my teenage years later and realised it jogged a long forgotten memory for me.
But for the moment I became a turtles fan, I remember coming across TMNT2012’s 2nd episode, Turtle Temper on YouTube and absolutely loving it. I thought Raph was cringe lol (later on my favourite turtle) but thought the fight scenes were so cool. I thought about the episode for days before digging for more and that’s when I fell into the rabbit hole.
