Working in north west georgia right now, looking to improve my work and get into a b-tech/apprenticeship. I know i’m rather undesireable as far as my ability is concerned, but i want to change that, i just cant find the right opportunities.

Been a lube tech for two and a half years, across a few different shops, and i worked at a semi shop for a few months, currently make 18/hr, looking for 22/hr, any tips to advance my career?
