Worth fighting or no
I have medical records of sleep issues and urinary frequency, daytime fatigue while I was in service. Less than 3 months later got diagnosed with OSA and UARS. I was diagnosed with GAD and severe depression in service too. I claimed OSA secondary to anxiety but was denied because the examiner said there is no link. Should I file supplemental or just refile as direct service connected? I was prescribed a cpap but told my provider I wanted to mouth guard instead because of how often I pee throughout the night.

Insights on denied claims
Help on how to proceed, I don’t really know much about the Va. I got 90% all by myself (89% to be exact). And I have a few more conditions that I’m dealing with and the Va denied them.
