In case you haven't heard about it, https://coachless.gg is a website that ranks winrates for champion runes and items based on winrate added, not standard winrate. I have been using it for about a month now and see things like steelcaps having about a 2-4% higher winrate on every single champion. Surely this can't be correct? Or is it not taking into account higher cc teams where you would buy mercs are simply better and would have a higher winrate?

If it really is the best stat website there are many things people are getting wrong and i would love some insight here
