I have been in UK almost 4 years on this skilled visa and as an EU I am tempted to quit and find a job elsewhere. My workplace is making me sick with no work/life balance and low pay, no future and I am sure they won’t extend my visa next year. I have been so depressed. Over a year that I have been interviewing for jobs but few offer sponsorship and the tech industry is going through some reset, very few jobs, cancelled positions. I started looking around EU - Denmark, NL, Germany. But I do not speak the languages and it is not easy to find for English only. I have just about despaired. I don’t know how long I can keep my job and I cannot sleep at night.
