We’re heading off this summer in a autocamper, and the rough plan is something like this:
Denmark → down through Germany → northern Italy → on to France → and then back home again.

Does anyone have any good tips and tricks for a trip like this with kids?

We’re especially interested in:

places that are great for children
cool campsites or good places to stay overnight in a autocamper
things you absolutely HAVE to experience along the way
good stops on long driving days
apps or hacks that make life easier on the road
