Pregnancy
I am looking for easy exercises and ways to stay mobile so im helping relieve back pain. Im only 21 weeks and was considering a birthing ball but they are kind of expensive. Is an exercise ball the same thing?
I know stretches are important and I want to start doing more of those too but this pregnancy is kicking my butt. Im definitely extremely heavy set. 365 and 5'3 im 21 weeks and been careful with what i eat. Only gained 5 lbs since pregnancy started. No high blood pressure and my high risk status is really just due to my pre existing neurological issues. (I have chiari my brains bigger than my head; yet im not smarter if anything im slower lol.)
I work full time and have two older kids I still take care of with food dinner and cleaning. But I figure an exercise ball wouldnt take much time and is something than nothing. Any advice is appreciated. But please be kind. Im 32 and while this pregnancy is appreciated it came a shock. We thought we were shooting blanks after all these years. 🤣😭
