Hi all,
I am writing here today as I am looking to build my glutes however, am unsure whether I should lose some weight first or begin working out, currently - 60kg 5’4 leg/thigh dominant, relatively slim upper body.
Although I am happy with my current physic, I do want to start growing my glutes. I am bit worried that were I not to cut, I would put too much weight on and subsequently have to then cut later on. As opposed to dropping some weight prior, so that when I reach my current weight (60kg), give or take, I would hopefully have a bigger bum compared to what it is now - I guess like a recomp?
Just bit nervous that If I start now I am going to look too bulky in my legs and not have a good glute to quad ratio.
Any advice would be much appreciated, Thank you !!
