Broker again asking for brokerage for rent agreement renewal.
Dear punekars,
I rented a flat in Pashan through a broker , at that time he charged 2 month brokerage , as we didnt have many options left , we paid him . After 2 tears he came for rent agreement renewal and asking for 1 month brokerage again.
This brokerage thing is so frustrating we already had an argument when we were renting the flat , now he again started asking for money.
Please anyone let me know what to do, is there any law for this.

I asked broker that as already discussed in the starting that he will not ask money in future,
He is denying that he agreed to me 1 years back,
Now he is saying that if you don’t want to give , i will ask owner that he will find new tenants that will pay 4-5k more rent than us and he will get brokerage from those people. And i think owner will go with broker in that case.
No option left i guess..
