I’m looking to connect with genuine real estate investors, builders, or developers (preferably from Uttarakhand, Delhi NCR, Gujarat, or nearby regions) who have experience in residential flat construction and are open to exploring new opportunities.
We initiated a residential project in Dehradun in 2024, near the Shastradhara Road / IT Park area. After conducting thorough research on the region’s growth potential and ongoing developments, we acquired land in a well-connected location with access to water supply and other essential government infrastructure. The plan was to develop a residential apartment project, considering the increasing demand in the area.
However, due to financial constraints, the project has currently been halted. Initial commitments from personal contacts did not materialize, and most of our available funds have already been deployed into land acquisition and initial work. My father, who is a businessman, has invested a significant portion of his savings into this project and strongly believes in its long-term potential. Unfortunately, with existing financial obligations (including an ongoing loan), raising additional funds has become challenging.
We are currently exploring:
- Investors or partners interested in funding or co-developing the project
- Potential buyers (individual or institutional) willing to take over or collaborate
- Any credible leads within the Dehradun real estate investment space
Due to certain local sensitivities and regulatory concerns, I won’t be able to share exact property details publicly. However, I’m open to discussing specifics in private with serious and credible parties.
