Hi, I'm male(27). Suffering from chrons since I was 17 (on/off about 6 out of 10 yrs). This is the 1st time in last 4yrs(of my active disease) that my diarrhoea lasted more than a week. I have an appointment next week(a lot of travelling to see my gi😬). On steroids. Switching back to biologics next week(probably after stool test). I am anxious and distressed due to the diarrhoea(with tolerable to numbing/lethargic pain in the active inflam region) and the travel associated with seeing the doctor. I force myself to eat. Need a solid pep talk and some advice to survive until next week!
