The Lost Theorist: A Fan-Made MatPat ARG Where He Never Existed (Looking for Dev Team!)
I’ve been working on a fan-made mystery‑horror ARG called The Lost Theorist — it takes place in a world where MatPat never existed. Across corrupted archives, altered videos, and missing references, players start noticing that history has been rewritten and that someone important has been erased from public memory.
The ARG centers on the remaining members of Team Theorist (Steph, Lee, Tom, Santi, Amy, Ash, Sam) as they slowly realize something is wrong with reality itself. It mixes internet horror, conspiracy‑style clues, and interactive puzzle solving, with players trying to reconstruct what was removed, who caused it, and what happens to a world when one of its most recognizable minds is taken out of the timeline.
I’m putting together a small dev team to help build this out — writing, puzzle design, art, tech, and lore.
