Waiting for doctors
Doctors that don't typically have emergency responsibilities, eye doctors, dermatologists, etc. Why do so many still run late and keep patients waiting? Are there too many patients? Do they just not care? I know there isn't one universal answer, but it does seem to be pretty typical that appointments never start at the scheduled time.
