Chance Me for T20s + looking for advice. Rising Senior w average ECs

Demographics:

- Asian male

- First-generation

- Divorced parents

- High income

- Midwest suburbs

- Typical suburban high school, not notable

Intended major: finance/economics

Stats:

ACT: 35

SAT: not taken yet (hoping for ~1550)

APS (junior year): psych, bio, lang, calc ab, macro, gov&politics (hearing back on those, hoping for mostly/all 5s)

sophomore year: stats (5), precalc (5), apush (5).

No reported class rank or weighted GPA. GPA is a 3.93/4 UW.

Honors (mid):

- national merit semifinalist (very likely since 1500/1520 psat)

- DECA state champion in business finance

- ap scholar w distinction

(i only have 3... cant even fill out all 5 slots atm)

ECs (also kinda mid):

  1. bank teller @ credit union. (hired as a youth apprenticeship this summer and will continue throughout senior year)

  2. starbucks barista (part time did it for sophomore+junior year)

  3. family restaurant (part time as host)

  4. DECA - no leadership or officer positions. did compete, ICDC qualifier + #1 at state

  5. grant reviewing through a program, allocating $50k for local projects

  6. grant reviewing internship similar to #5 for climate stuff.

  7. volunteer english + act/sat tutor

  8. varsity tennis 4 years

  9. piano 12yrs, some local competitions but nothing notable

I don't even have a notable 10th spot... I can put member for a few clubs but it wont be anything meaninful.

Looking for advice on how to improve my application this summer. Too late to apply for any school club leadership positions. Don't have a clear passion project planned. Any ideas what I can do to improve ECs or any Honor/Awards I should check out?

And how competitive am I at T20s like stanford, upenn, etc? If I applied to all of them, do i have a good shot in getting at least 1-2? Don't have any good leadership or initiatives. mostly just good academics + job experience, somewhat cohesive finance story. I've been told that it can be possible w a good essay/personal statement but no idea what it should be on. Something that is more personal on who I am or something that should mention my intended finance major?
