CD 39 maybe 20 DPO (PCOS cycles).. after 4 miscarriages hoping this baby sticks 🥹

Finally got another BFP after multiple early miscarriages throughout the last 3 years 🥺 not as exciting because all I’m anxious about is if this baby sticks or not. I have PCOS and it takes a several months or more to conceive in between miscarriages and I’m truly hoping this is my miracle baby🙏🏼🫶🏼 any tips you guys have?

I recently had a referral to a reproductive biology associates fertility clinic and had a consultation earlier this month. The doctor was planning to first do a full fertility workup panel for my partner and I & thennn do letrozole monitored cycles for me with lovenox shots upon conceiving because of my antiphospholipid syndrome (positive lupus anticoagulant).

However, before getting any of the additional testing the doctor wanted once I got my period CD 1, I ended up missing my period and testing today after it being a few days late. Called the office this morning & they’re not sure if I can do the lovenox shots and treatment because of the fact that I am spontaneously pregnant prior to getting any of the fertility testing or genetic carrier testing done. I’m waiting on a call back and have an appointment for blood work tmrw for confirmation with them but I’m so anxious and just don’t want to lose another pregnancy 🥺 had a miscarriage just 2 months ago early March of this year.
