Phone calls

I heard from a colleague that we can bill phone calls with parents as parent training under the code 97156 as long as it’s parent training and updates regarding treatment plan . However, I’m not sure if this is accurate. All the clinics I’ve worked for have consistently stated that it must be face-to-face, either in person or via video.

Naps in clinic

Have any of you worked in clinics that have permitted naps for younger learners? If so, how long were they allowed to nap? I currently work as a contracted BCBA and my clinic allows its youngest client, a 2-year-old, to nap in the clinic for 2 hours. They don’t bill insurance, but this is my first experience with a clinic that allows naps.
