I'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting July 12th. The lease will run through May 17, 2027. The studio is approximately 527 sq ft (apologies, I used the wrong sq footage the last time).
The building is gorgeous. It has the following amenities.
24/7 concierge, state-of-the-art gym with free weekly fitness classes, hot tub, grills, multiple co-working spaces, pet walking space, rooftop with private spaces, Tesla rental in the parking garage.
The building is within a 1-minute walk to BART. It's convenient for people who work or do hybrid work in SF and are looking for a shorter commute. It's a 17-minute train ride into Embarcadero Station.
Amenities in the studio include: In-unit dishwasher, in-unit W/D, and motion-sensor faucet.
Please note that this apartment is in 1900 Broadway in Uptown Oakland. The monthly rent is $2,635 (internet included). The monthly utility fees average $70. You will need to apply as a new tenant for this unit through the leasing office. This is not a sublease.
