Hi all, I haven’t done any shift work but the 7on 7off is sounding very enticing. It seems to me most of the juniors are pulling crazy hours anyways, so I might as well get paid well and guarantee a week off …right? I know there’s a lot of tips out there on how to make it work/go as smoothly as possible, but my question is for those of you who have/are doing it, based on your experiences is the time off worth the intensity or does the week on completely break you?
