I had autoimmune conditon in 8th class. Doctor gave steroids. Heart pumped like a racecar sometimes. Stopped the med. Bad gut health almost entire life. Learnt about this stuff, started learning, got better but still low energy, little red eyes, constant mental fatigue, cardiac issues little bit not too much, sensitive gut. Im 24years old only. I cant take somethings anymore. Help
