So did anyone do any testing with new mandate I haven’t been able to test it on seraphine for potential builds. I do have some builds in mind with it. Seraphines e is just a slow with extension so I wonder if mandate actually counts the e as a whole for extra damage and cd reduction.

On lolalytics seraphine mid is finally doing well in her designed role somehow despite its low playrate. In the past patches seraphine mid always had a 48% winrate with the same playrate as current and you guys can even check for yourself. People have been forcing this champ into the support role which she wasn’t designed for and as of late results into identity crisis. Right now with new comet and bug fixes re-scripts to her Q high note. Shes sitting above a 56% winrate in masters plus despite low playrate. This has been news to me since I haven’t seen this champ in S tier midlane in so long. People have been getting winstreaks with her going all kinds of builds it seems you can kinda just build whatever items you need for yourself in the team aswell in midlane, she also really love the boots upgrade aswell. I’d advise yall to play her midlane and try her out at least and this also opens up the doors for more changes to come to her that will benefit players and seraphine in the long run.
