when we forefit the shares the amount collected goes to the share forefiture acc, when we re-issue some of the shares ( at discount ) we take amount collected from said shares to set off the loss from issue at dicount. the rest ( if any remaining ) of the amount collected from said shares is transferred to capital reserve. but what happens to the amount collected from the non re-issued shares??

would appreciate input on this matter
