So, I was unemployed for a little bit last year, but I was able to secure a senior job in Public. The group is kinda niche, and on paper seems great. Above average pay, remote work, and busy season wasn't terrible (55-60 for about four to six weeks).

That said, the manager of this group keeps harping on my ass about various nitpicky things. They basically demand perfection from my work even though I have to review returns and work papers coming from India that are downright garbage.

It's starting to get to the point where I am getting pissed off about it. I may catch 30 things to fix in my review from the India folks but if I miss something this manager catches, I get my ass chewed out. They basically told me they want to have no changes at their level so it can just go straight through to the partner for sign off.

I'm trying to decide if it's worth the stress of dealing with this person, or if it's time to look for something else. I've only been in the role about 4-5 months.
