I came across the Ikea website and saw a fulfillment operations coworker job and was wondering what the actual job is like. The website says the pay ranges from $20-$28 but you get 20-34 hours. I currently work at a retail store in fulfillment where I shop for customers orders and pack the items so I have somewhat experience.

I've been at target for 4 years. I don't mind the job but I'm not getting anywhere with 3% raises once a year and looking to venture out. I've been in fulfillment doing sfs the whole time and was wondering where people went after leaving target.
