Anybody ever had an issue with duo mobile 2FA where the option to sign in using a certain method just gets removed. I sent a pass code to my phone # and then it didn't let me login and now that option is removed from my 2FA.

The only option I have left is pass code from IT help desk, which I obviously don't have. Am I just locked out of learn until I can get in contact with IT???
